Job Purpose

The role of Operative forms part of the shared responsibility for production performance and technical/specification compliance within the department.

Key Accountabilities

Safety

  • Ensure your area is kept clean, tidy and floors always remain dry.
  • Ensure that GMP standards are met.
  • Ensure any safety concerns are raised immediately.
  • Ensure you are aware of 5s and implement this on a daily basis.

Quality

  • Ensure quality is always maintained to Customer Specifications and any deviations are rectified and reported immediately.
  • Complete all quality checks and ensure all documentation is completed and forwarded to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
