Job Purpose
The role of Operative forms part of the shared responsibility for production performance and technical/specification compliance within the department.
Key Accountabilities
Safety
- Ensure your area is kept clean, tidy and floors always remain dry.
- Ensure that GMP standards are met.
- Ensure any safety concerns are raised immediately.
- Ensure you are aware of 5s and implement this on a daily basis.

Quality
- Ensure quality is always maintained to Customer Specifications and any deviations are rectified and reported immediately.
- Complete all quality checks and ensure all documentation is completed and forwarded to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Be fully aware of the CCPs within your area.
