As Sales Support Executive you are the operational engine behind the Commercial Team, ensuring exceptional Customer Service, seamless order fulfilment and outstanding collaboration across Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing and Finance. This role combines customer focus, commercial awareness and operational excellence.
About the Role:
Provide proactive sales and operational support to the Blink24 Commercial team, ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience while maintaining efficient end-to-end order management, supplier coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Enter customer orders daily and ensure fast response times to customers regarding ETA's and queries.
- Raise customer invoices & assist finance with any invoice queries.
- Set up new customers on request from Brand Manager and liaise with finance to ensure credit limit is applied and documentation is recorded.
- Assist with Purchasing, set up new supplier/products.
- Raise POs in line with forecasts and weekly requirements.
- Monitor open orders with suppliers & update retail teams with ETA's.
- Manage inbound communications between supplier & warehouse. Raise any delivery discrepancies with suppliers.
- Provide Marketing material to Marketing Dept for Web set up.
- Help with processing return requests and arrange credits for customers once goods are received in the warehouse. Submit faulty returns & recalls with suppliers and follow up for credit.
- Prepare shipping paperwork and request delivery bookings for a range of customers, also prepare commercial invoices for international shipments.
- Assist with compiling weekly and monthly sell through and stock reports for suppliers.
- Produce reports at request of Sales Director/Brand Manager.
- Available to handle ad-hoc requests from customers and Sales Director/Brand Manager.

Requirements:
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently and confident in making decisions.
- Creative problem-solver.
- Technically has competent administrative skills, excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel and proven experience of operating in an administrative capacity in a busy environment. Extensive Training on BC will be provided.
- Remains calm under pressure and displays patience in dealing with requests, is confident and can make a judgement and decisions with little supervision. Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Communicates effectively at all levels of the organisation and demonstrates excellent customer handling skills and telephone manner, uses tact and diplomacy, and has the experience of maintaining confidentiality on sensitive information.
- Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken.
- High level of attention to detail, assertive and able to co-ordinate tasks and activities, delegating responsibility, where appropriate.
- Self-motivated and confident in dealing with people at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Familiarity with BC system is preferable but not essential.

Desirable:
- 2 - 4 years' experience in office administration.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite of products, including intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Superb oral and written communication skills.
- Positive disposition with a can do attitude.
- 3rd level qualification.
