Block Manager
Covering Brentford, Wembley & Woolwich
Hybrid working (majority at home with regular site visits)
Up to £35,000 basic

We’re looking for an experienced Block Manager to join a growing Residential Property Management team, supporting the delivery of high-quality block and property management services across a portfolio of large, complex residential developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong block management experience who enjoys working with contractors, residents, and stakeholders and wants to take the next step in their property management career.

The Role

Working closely with the Block Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of residential developments, including:

  • Managing and monitoring contractor activity, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance
  • Handling insurance claims from instruction through to completion
  • Managing contractor relationships and ensuring works are completed to specification
  • Supporting service charge budgeting and contractor invoice processing
  • Conducting regular site inspections and producing inspection reports
  • Managing resident communications across phone, email, face-to-face, and digital channels
  • Supporting resident meetings, events, and AGMs
  • Providing regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting on-site staff management and performance reviews
  • Assisting with health & safety audits and compliance activities
  • Keeping residents informed and ensuring actions are followed through effectively

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in residential block management
  • Experience conducting site inspections and producing reports
  • A strong understanding of service charges, budgets, and leaseholder queries
  • Confidence managing contractors and resolving issues
  • Experience handling insurance claims
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to resident engagement
  • A relevant housing/property qualification would be advantageous
