About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Blockchain / DLT Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying distributed ledger technology and smart contract solutions tailored to our clients' needs within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain development, with hands-on experience working with various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand, and proprietary enterprise solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that are shaping the future of financial transactions and digital asset management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and security specialists to deliver robust, scalable, and secure blockchain applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in blockchain or distributed ledger technology development, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hedera Hashgraph, Algorand, or similar ecosystems.
- Experience developing smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or other relevant programming languages.
- Familiarity with blockchain development frameworks, tools, and best practices for security and scalability.
- Knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and decentralized application architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions and smart contracts aligned with project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and project scope.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of blockchain applications to ensure security, performance, and reliability.
- Maintain and optimize existing blockchain infrastructure and applications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and incorporate best practices into development processes.
- Assist in the integration of blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems and third-party services.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for blockchain applications post-deployment.
