About Aeons
AEONS is building a venture studio designed to move ideas from thesis to working products.
Our Launch Engine is a shared team of engineers, designers, researchers, and distribution specialists that works across new ventures in areas including blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, financial technology, and emerging digital systems.
We are deliberately building a young, hands-on team. We care less about inflated titles and more about whether you can think clearly, build well, learn quickly, and take responsibility for what reaches production.
The Role
We are looking for a Blockchain Engineer with strong smart-contract fundamentals to join the core technical team of the AEONS Launch Engine.
You will work alongside our Full-Stack Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, and Product Designer to prototype, test, and deploy blockchain-enabled products across the AEONS portfolio.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to write isolated Solidity contracts. You should be interested in the complete system around them: wallets, permissions, token logic, APIs, indexing, testing, security, off-chain services, and the user experience through which blockchain infrastructure becomes an actual product.
What You Will Work On
- Design and implement smart contracts for real products and prototypes.
- Build primarily with Solidity / EVM-compatible infrastructure, while remaining open to other chains where product requirements justify them.
- Develop token, wallet, permission, settlement, and on-chain interaction logic.
- Integrate contracts with front-end and back-end applications.
- Write rigorous unit, integration, and invariant tests.
- Work with libraries and tooling such as Foundry, Hardhat, OpenZeppelin, ethers/viem, or equivalent.
- Think carefully about access control, upgradeability, key management, oracle dependencies, and common smart-contract attack surfaces.
- Review contracts written by other engineers and participate in technical design reviews.
- Build prototypes quickly without allowing prototype habits to become production security standards.
- Document important architectural decisions so another engineer can understand why the system was built the way it was.
- Work across different AEONS ventures rather than being locked permanently into a single product.
