Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Bloomreach Domain SME / Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of a large-scale website consolidation and digital transformation programme within the UK healthcare sector. The successful candidate will act as the programme's Bloomreach authority, providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and best practice recommendations throughout the transformation lifecycle.
What you will do:
- Act as the lead Bloomreach SME and trusted advisor throughout the programme.
- Define the overall Bloomreach platform strategy, architecture, and implementation approach.
- Lead enterprise-scale platform and content architecture design.
- Provide guidance on migrations, governance, taxonomy, and content models.
- Support multi-vendor delivery teams and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and architecture governance forums.
- Advise on platform scalability, security, resilience, and operational sustainability.
- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Shape delivery strategy, governance, and migration approaches for the programme.
- Support the adoption of best practices across Bloomreach architecture and implementation.

Qualifications
- Bring 8–10+ years of enterprise CMS and Digital Experience Platform experience.
- Demonstrate significant hands-on Bloomreach CMS architecture and implementation expertise.
- Demonstrate experience delivering large-scale website transformation and consolidation programmes.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of headless CMS and modern digital architectures.
- Demonstrate experience with content governance, taxonomy, metadata, and publishing models.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership skills.
- Bring experience within healthcare, public sector, or other regulated industries, preferably.
- Demonstrate knowledge of accessibility and WCAG standards.
- Demonstrate experience with federated publishing models.
- Bring experience with enterprise search, AI-enabled content discovery, and metadata strategy.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to operate comfortably within ambiguity and change.
- Demonstrate a collaborative and delivery-focused approach.
- Hold or be eligible to obtain BPSS clearance.
