The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Bloomreach CMS Solution Architect / Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) to play a key leadership role on a major digital transformation programme within the UK healthcare sector.

This is a high-profile opportunity for a Bloomreach specialist to shape the strategy, architecture, governance, and implementation approach for a large-scale website consolidation programme. Acting as the programme's trusted advisor and technical authority, you'll guide stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure the successful design and adoption of a scalable, secure, and future-ready digital platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead Bloomreach SME and trusted authority across the programme.
  • Define the Bloomreach platform strategy, target architecture, and implementation roadmap.
  • Lead the design of enterprise-scale content and platform architectures.
  • Provide expert guidance on content migration, governance, taxonomy, metadata, and content modelling.
  • Support multi-vendor delivery teams, providing architectural leadership throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and architecture governance forums.
  • Advise on platform scalability, security, resilience, and operational sustainability.
  • Engage with business, technical, and programme stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Define and promote Bloomreach best practices across the programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
