Rate: £300 - £450 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid Working
Travel: 2-3 days per week at client sites across the UK
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder (JDA) SRD Specialist to support ongoing Space, Range and Display (SRD) activities within a large retail environment. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing Business-as-Usual (BAU) SRD operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality floor planning and planogram solutions. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in Blue Yonder SRD and Planogram Generator, alongside a proven ability to work independently and drive clarity in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support BAU SRD activities across multiple retail locations.
- Create, update, and manage planograms using Blue Yonder Planogram Generator.
- Develop and maintain floor plans to support merchandising and store optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective space planning solutions.
- Work closely with third-party suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of SRD outputs.
- Analyze space planning data and recommend improvements to support operational and commercial objectives.
- Ensure all planograms and floor plans are produced to a high standard of accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and resolve issues relating to space planning, merchandising layouts, and store configuration.
- Provide support and guidance on Blue Yonder SRD best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the space planning function.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) SRD.
- Advanced proficiency in Blue Yonder Planogram Generator.
- Strong floor planning experience, ideally using Blue Yonder floor planning tools.
- Proven experience supporting retail space planning and merchandising operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with limited or ambiguous information and create clear outcomes.
- Experience engaging with both internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
