Blue Yonder WMS Developer – Contract Opportunity
Location: Coventry (Hybrid – 1–2 days per week onsite)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 1 year
Day Rate: £540 (Inside IR35)
Overview
Our client is looking for highly skilled Blue Yonder WMS Developers to design, configure, and implement scalable solutions within the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System. You’ll work on customizing workflows, integrating external systems, and optimizing performance to support efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project discovery, define scope, and manage requirements for complex initiatives.
- Design, develop, and customize WMS solutions in Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS, including coding packages and procedures in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WMS solutions into existing IT infrastructure.
- Review and maintain code in GitHub.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Support testing phases (UAT, QA) and deployment activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide user training when required.

Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS.
- Solid Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and database management.
- Experience with Logistics/Supply Chain applications.
- Familiarity with Manhattan/PKMS WMS.
- Knowledge of Gitbash and Unix Shell Scripting.
Desirable Skills:
- End-to-end WMS knowledge (Discrete and Dispatcher).
- Strong understanding of business processes and solution development.
