Job Summary
Responsible for verification and validation of 400V BMS firmware and hardware integration across MiL, SiL, and HiL environments. Ensure BMS reliability, safety, requirements compliance, test coverage, and production readiness in line with ISO 26262.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute MiL/SiL/HiL test cases for SoC, SoH, fault handling, contactor control, operating modes, and thermal management.
- Own and maintain BMS HiL test benches, plant models, and automated test scripts.
- Ensure requirements-to-test traceability using tools such as Polarion.
- Perform ISO 26262 / ASIL verification, coverage analysis, and validation reporting.
- Analyze failures, perform root-cause analysis, and track defects using Jira.
- Validate CAN, UDS, and XCP communication using DBC/CDD/A2L and network analysis tools.
- Automate regression testing and integrate MiL/SiL/HiL pipelines with Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Software Engineering, Controls, or related field.
- 4+ years in automotive embedded validation, preferably EV/BMS/High-Voltage ECU.
