Our client is a global consulting firm, working on a project in the Insurance space. They are on the lookout for a BMC Helix Specialist to come in on a contract basis.
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience with BMC Helix ITSM / Digital Workplace, ideally in a hands-on engineering or specialist capacity.
- Strong experience across BMC configuration, customisation, enhancements and workflow automation.
- Experience integrating BMC Helix with external systems, ideally Azure DevOps and other third-party tools.
- Able to support requirements gathering, technical design, documentation and ongoing platform improvements.
- BMC Helix / ITSM certification and ITIL desirable; Azure/cloud knowledge and experience introducing AI capabilities into ITSM platforms are advantageous

Contract Details:
- Duration: Running until the end of 2026 initially.
- Pay: Up to £515 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella).
- Location: Fully remote in the UK.
