BMS Bureau Engineer
Location: Essex / Hybrid
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Work with BMS data from the office — and help buildings perform better.
We're looking for a BMS Bureau Engineer to join a technically focused team supporting customers remotely through BMS monitoring, diagnostics and optimisation. It's a great opportunity for a BMS engineer who enjoys the technical side of controls but wants to spend less time travelling between sites.

Responsibilities
- Remotely monitor customer BMS systems.
- Identify faults and abnormal building behaviour.
- Analyse trends and BMS data.
- Carry out remote diagnostics and technical support.
- Identify opportunities for energy optimisation.
- Liaise with site engineers and customers.
- Produce technical reports and recommendations.
- Escalate issues requiring site attendance.
- Support service teams with remote technical assistance.
- Monitor system performance and alarms.

Experience
- Previous BMS engineering experience.
- Good understanding of HVAC and controls.
- Experience with BMS graphics, alarms and trend data.
- Strong fault-finding ability.
- Comfortable working with software and building data.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Trend or similar systems advantageous.
