Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer – Tridium Niagara
Location: Central London
Contract: Freelance
Duration: Initial 6 Months (Rolling Contract)
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: £400+ per day DOE
Clear Engineering Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a major commercial project in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level engineer with strong Tridium Niagara commissioning experience to take ownership of commissioning activities on a long-term project with an immediate start available.
The Role:
- Commissioning Tridium BMS systems on a large commercial development
- Software commissioning, point-to-point testing and functional testing
- Diagnosing and resolving commissioning issues
- Supporting the wider project team to ensure works are delivered safely and on programme
- Completing commissioning documentation and handover records
- Providing technical support and guidance where required

Requirements:
- Extensive experience commissioning Tridium BMS systems
- Previous experience delivering commercial building projects
- Strong software and commissioning knowledge
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with site teams
- Valid UK Right to Work
- Available for an immediate start
