The role will involve commissioning Building Management System (BMS) projects across the Scottish region, ensuring that all systems are installed, configured, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commissioning of Building Management System (BMS) installations, including HVAC, lighting control, and security system integrations.
- Verify that all BMS systems are installed, configured, and operating in accordance with project specifications, design drawings, and client requirements.
- Execute comprehensive testing, functional performance verification, and system validation to ensure compliance with industry standards, operational efficiency, and project objectives.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve commissioning issues, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and vendors to implement effective corrective actions and achieve successful system handover.

Candidate profile
- Proven experience commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS), with expertise in one or more of the following platforms: Trend, Tridium, Schneider Electric, or Siemens.
- Demonstrable experience within the BMS industry, particularly in commissioning and system integration roles.
- In-depth technical knowledge of BMS hardware, software, and components.
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Proficiency in commissioning tools, software applications, and system testing procedures.
