BMS Commissioning Engineer
Location: North Acton, London
Salary: £44.00 per hour
Job Type: Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, up to 10 hours per day
Overtime: Available, including weekends
Duration: Long-term/ongoing
About the Role
Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of a leading Building Management Systems specialist for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to work on a commercial project in North Acton, London.
You will be responsible for the commissioning, testing, and delivery of BMS systems, working closely with project teams and clients to ensure systems are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
- Commissioning and testing BMS systems
- Software configuration and testing
- Fault finding and resolving technical issues
- Working with HVAC and control systems
- Supporting projects through to final handover
- Working closely with project teams, clients, and other contractors
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer
- Proven commercial BMS commissioning experience
- Experience with Trend, Schneider, Tridium, Johnson Controls Metasys, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and BMS software
- Experience working with electrical and control systems
- ECS/CSCS Card
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
