About Janus Digital

Janus Digital™ is the agentic AI platform that runs the world's real assets: enterprise-grade AI agents that sense, reason, decide and act across building environments in real time. Built on 15+ years of foundational R&D and over $100M invested in platform development, we're scaling commercially on an outcome-based model with property managers, hotel operators and shopping centre administrators across the UK. From our London base, we're growing across the UK, Europe and beyond.

The Opportunity

As a Digitalisation Delivery Engineer, you're the engineer who turns physical buildings into the structured, high-fidelity data models our agentic AI operates on, and increasingly, the engineer who trains and certifies the client and partner teams who take over platform operation after you. Working hands-on with Project Managers and BIM Modellers, you'll own delivery of both static building data and dynamic IoT data on live projects, then hand off your expertise through structured training and certification. Your work determines whether a building can run autonomously, and whether the partners who take it from there are equipped to keep it that way.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of building data models: as-built drawing collection, BIM verification against physical sites, spatial and MEP equipment registration, relationship mapping, QR code tagging and final client acceptance
  • Execute the full IoT delivery workflow: point list encoding, binding table preparation, gateway configuration and protocol commissioning across BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA and KNX
  • Bind IoT data points to their building models, verify data accuracy and connectivity, and commission complete subsystems: energy metering, lighting, chiller/AHU controls and environmental monitoring, end to end
  • Train and certify client and partner engineers — including property managers, hotel operators and shopping centre administrators — to configure, operate and maintain the platform independently after handover, through a mix of virtual, in-person and hands-on lab sessions
  • Own recertification for every partner team you've trained, running annual refreshers to keep operational and data-quality standards consistent across sites
  • Meet global quality benchmarks (data precision ≥95%, completeness ≥98%, IoT connectivity ≥95%, accuracy ≥98%) through rigorous self- and peer-review before client submission
  • Collaborate daily with Project Managers, BIM Modellers and Solution Architects on delivery planning, model accuracy and platform configuration
  • Diagnose and resolve field issues, including BIM-to-reality discrepancies, multi-protocol IoT integration problems and data-modelling edge cases, escalating complex cases to Tier-3 support

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Benefits

Why Join Janus Digital

Every building on the planet is running below its potential. You'll be one of the engineers closing that gap, building by building, as part of Janus Digital's first UK cohort. Compensation is competitive and performance-based, tied to delivery quality and outcomes. You'll get comprehensive training through Janus Digital's newly developed platform certification programme — helping shape it as part of the first cohort, ahead of its rollout to other regional offices — and hands-on experience across commercial offices, hotels, shopping centres and mixed-use developments. Your scope grows with you: as you take on more training and certification ownership for partner teams, your seniority and career path grow with it, from Delivery Engineer to Senior Engineer, with routes into regional lead or specialist roles, plus certification sponsorship for BIM, IoT and related credentials.
