Electrician

Location: Essex / London / Regional

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Package: Company car or car allowance + private healthcare + pension + 23 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off + hybrid working

We're looking for an experienced Electrician to work alongside BMS engineers on building controls and associated electrical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Electrical installation associated with BMS projects.
  • Install containment, cabling, and control panels.
  • Carry out electrical testing and fault finding.
  • Assist BMS engineers with controls installation.
  • Read electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Complete installation and testing documentation.
  • Support commissioning activities.
  • Work across commercial building environments.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.

Experience

  • Qualified electrician.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications.
  • Experience within commercial buildings or building services.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings.
  • BMS/controls experience advantageous but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
