BMS Sales Manager
Remote position covering South East / M25 corridor.
£60,000 - £75,000 + Commission + Car + Benefits
A leading independent BMS business is looking to appoint an experienced BMS Sales Manager to support the continued growth of its Data Centre division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven BMS professional who enjoys winning new business, building strong customer relationships and working within one of the fastest-growing areas of the building controls industry.
The role is primarily focused on new business development, identifying and securing BMS opportunities across the Data Centre market, while also developing selected strategic accounts.

You’ll be working with Data Centre owners, operators, consultants and contractors, using your technical understanding of BMS to develop solutions, interpret specifications and guide customers through the full sales process.
We’re looking for someone who combines technical BMS knowledge with strong commercial and business development skills.
You should have:
- Proven sales experience within the BMS / Building Controls industry
- Strong technical understanding of BMS architecture, control strategies and field devices
- Experience generating new business and developing customer relationships
- The ability to interpret specifications and produce detailed BMS points lists
- Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience engaging with end users, consultants, contractors and senior decision makers
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development
- A full UK driving licence
