Job Description
As a BMS Service Engineer at Honeywell, in London, you will be responsible for carrying out installations, quoted works, project support, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive calls, out-of-hours support to customers on their BMS. This is a field-based role with travel expected to customer sites in and around the Central Belt area and further afield as required.

Responsibilities
- Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems
- Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects
- Modify and Interrogate BMS Software programs, strategies, and systems
- Continually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordingly
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with our client base at varying sites

Qualifications
- Previous experience working with BMS systems and controls with knowledge of operating and maintaining HVAC systems
- Experience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus, and Modbus
- A good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments
- Ability to troubleshoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works quickly and effectively
- Great communication skills both written and verbal to be able to compile and complete reports and build strong customer relationships.
