BMS Service Engineer – Essex

Location: Essex / East London
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We're looking for a BMS Service Engineer to join a technically focused team covering Essex and the surrounding areas.

The role combines traditional BMS service with opportunities to work on optimisation, remedials, upgrades, and smart-building technology.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Planned and reactive BMS maintenance.
  • Fault finding and diagnostics.
  • BMS software modifications.
  • HVAC controls optimisation.
  • Remedial works and system upgrades.
  • Customer-facing technical support.
  • Service reporting.
  • Supporting project and commissioning teams.

  • Previous BMS service experience.
  • Strong HVAC knowledge.
  • Experience with Trend or similar platforms.
  • Good fault-finding and software skills.
