Location: Central London / Greater London
Salary: £50,000+ + Company Car or Car Allowance
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join a growing team working across a range of smart, sustainable, and high-performance commercial buildings throughout Central London.
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding BMS/BEMS systems, working directly with clients and alongside other engineers and contractors to ensure systems are operating efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain BMS control systems across commercial and industrial sites
- Carry out PPM, reactive maintenance, and small project works
- Diagnose and resolve complex BMS faults and technical issues
- Complete system checks and diagnostics to optimise performance
- Respond to client requests professionally and efficiently
- Work alongside engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality service
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and service activity
- Stay up to date with the latest BMS technologies and industry developments
- Participate in the on-call rota
- Attend training and development opportunities to expand your technical expertise
