We're looking for a BMS Service Engineer to join an expanding team supporting commercial buildings across London.

You'll be responsible for keeping systems operational, solving technical problems and identifying opportunities to improve building performance.
You'll be responsible for:
- BMS planned and reactive maintenance.
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Software modifications.
- HVAC controls optimisation.
- Customer-facing technical support.
- Remedial and small works.
- BMS system upgrades.
- Service documentation and reporting.
- Supporting commissioning and project teams.

We're looking for:
- Previous BMS service experience.
- Strong HVAC controls knowledge.
- Good software and fault-finding skills.
- Trend or similar BMS experience.
- Strong customer communication.
- Full UK driving licence.
