About the Company:
We're partnered with a growing BMS and energy management service provider based in London. Their services cover the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of BMS solutions across a variety of technically demanding environments.
With continued growth across both project and service work, the business is expanding its London engineering operation and is now looking for an experienced Schneider specialist to take a senior position within the team.
The company has an open approach to progression, with opportunities to develop into technical leadership, people management, sales or other areas of the organisation.

This is a senior, hands-on position combining BMS service engineering with technical leadership of a dedicated Schneider team.

You'll initially support and oversee two engineers, with the team expected to grow to around four. You'll manage and monitor day-to-day technical activity, provide first-line support to engineers carrying out PPMs and take ownership of more complex Schneider-related issues.
The position remains technically hands-on and would suit an experienced Schneider BMS Engineer or existing Team Leader who wants greater responsibility without moving completely away from engineering.
All work is London-based.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide technical support to a team of Schneider BMS Engineers
- Manage and monitor engineers completing PPM and service activities
- Carry out BMS servicing, maintenance and fault finding
- Provide first-line technical support on complex Schneider BMS issues
- Support the delivery of both service and project work
- Review engineering work and ensure technical standards are maintained
- Support and develop engineers within the team
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
- Help grow and develop the Schneider engineering function

Requirements:
- Strong Schneider BMS experience is essential
- Previous experience leading, supervising or technically supporting BMS Engineers
- Strong BMS service, maintenance and fault-finding capabilities
- Confident providing technical guidance to other engineers
- Good understanding of HVAC, plant equipment and BMS control strategies
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Existing Schneider Team Leaders or Senior Schneider Engineers looking to progress are encouraged to apply
Package:
- Salary: £60,000 - £70,000, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate
