Are you an experienced BMS Engineer looking for your next challenge?
We're looking for a talented BMS Support Engineer to join our Southern Support team, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. Working primarily on Trend Controls and IQ Vision systems, you'll support a varied portfolio of customer sites, carrying out planned maintenance, fault finding, repairs and technical support activities.

What You'll Do
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on Trend BMS systems.
- Diagnose and resolve faults to ensure systems continue to operate effectively and efficiently.
- Complete small repairs, remedial works and system modifications.
- Respond to service calls and support customers during system failures and outages.
- Carry out routine inspections and health checks of BMS equipment.
- Produce clear and accurate service reports following site visits.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional and responsive technical support.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working within the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry.
- Strong knowledge of Trend Controls and IQ Vision is essential.
- Experience of Siemens, Tridium Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure or other BMS platforms would be advantageous.
- Excellent fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of HVAC plant and mechanical building services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to customers.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a wider support team.
- Good IT and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Located within a reasonable travelling distance of Farnborough.
