BMS Validation Engineer (MiL/SiL/HiL) – Job Summary

Looking for a BMS Validation Engineer with 4+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems validation, specializing in EV Powertrain, BMS, or High-Voltage ECUs. The role involves planning and executing MiL, SiL, and HiL verification, automating test environments, and ensuring ISO 26262 compliance for a 400V high-voltage battery program.

  • HiL test bench setup, plant model development, and test automation.
  • Python, MATLAB/Simulink Test, or CAPL scripting.
  • CAN, UDS, XCP, DBC, CDD & A2L validation.
  • Vector tools: CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, Candela Studio.
  • Polarion/ALM, Jira, and CI tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI).
  • ISO 26262, AUTOSAR (RTE/BSW), and Embedded C debugging.
  • Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and DMM-based hardware debugging.
