- At least four years of professional experience in automotive embedded systems validation, specifically focusing on EV powertrain, BMS, or high-voltage electronic control units (ECUs).
- Hands-on experience configuring, programming, and running tests on automated HiL test benches
- Practical experience with low-voltage and high-voltage test setups, including custom wiring harness fabrication, relay integration, and the layout of terminal block circuits within test benches.
- Proficiency in writing automated test scripts using Python, MATLAB/Simulink Test, or CAPL
- Experience implementing and managing Continuous Integration (CI) workflows for automated test execution.
- Deep proficiency using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and digital multimeters to capture and analyze waveforms, diagnose electrical noise, and debug physical communication interfaces (like CAN or SPI) on the test bench
- Practical experience using ALM systems (like Polarion) to manage test specifications and link them back to engineering requirements
- Solid working knowledge of ISO 26262 software and system verification processes, including structural coverage
- Strong analytical skills for debugging embedded C code, reviewing AUTOSAR ARXML interfaces, and troubleshooting electrical test setups
