Description

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00. No weekend work!

Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 depending on experience.

Our Parts Team plays a vital role in delivering the premium experience our customers have come to expect. We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, personality and a proactive approach, with a genuine passion for helping customers and supporting colleagues. Whether you're advising customers at the counter, speaking on the phone or liaising with our workshop team, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey.

What you will be doing:

  • As a key member of our Aftersales Team, you'll be the go-to expert for BMW & MINI parts, helping both customers and colleagues find exactly what they need.
  • Handle parts orders from start to finish - receive requests, interpret requirements, and advise on additional needs or pricing.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and promptly, ensuring customers and technicians are kept fully informed.
  • Maintain stock control systems - record movements accurately and store parts securely in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Support sales growth by identifying opportunities for additional products and assisting with promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring the Vines experience is upheld at all times.
  • Keep displays and work areas to the highest standard and contribute to a safe, organised environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Automotive Parts Experience: You have previous experience working within an automotive parts department and understand the importance of accuracy, efficiency, and delivering excellent service.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: You hold a full UK driving licence and are confident driving as part of your role when required.
  • Attention to Detail: You take pride in getting things right first time, ensuring orders, stock, and customer requests are processed accurately.
  • Process-Driven: You enjoy working in a structured environment, following established processes while maintaining high standards.
  • Communication Skills: You communicate confidently with customers and colleagues, providing a professional and friendly service at every opportunity.
  • Self-Motivated: You are proactive, take ownership of your workload, and can work independently using your own initiative.
  • IT Confident: You are comfortable using computer systems and are keen to learn new technologies, with full training provided on our in-house systems.
