Salary Bandings

| Accredited Service Technician | £41,000 | £45,000 |
| Accredited Senior Technician | £45,000 | £50,000 |
What you will be doing:
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on our vehicles.
- Diagnose and carry out repairs effectively and efficiently within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles according to BMW standards.
- Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing repair requirements.
- Look for ways to identify future customer costs savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure.

What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications.
- BMW Senior Technician qualification or equivalent from prestigious retailer.
- Experience in the diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
