The role
Passionate about delivering a premium customer experience in a brand built on innovation and performance? We have an exciting opportunity for a BMW Retail Manager at Wollaston BMW.
We're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and customer-driven Retail Sales Manager to help lead our BMW Sales team. You'll be a key part of the department's success - owning the enquiry process, driving finance performance, proactively identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales and finance opportunities while maintaining profitability and compliance.
- Drive customer and finance retention using eMaster, CRM, and service leads to identify and convert opportunities.
- Lead live enquiry management: allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Challenge daily team activity and step in to support or close deals when needed.
- Personally meet or support every retail customer at handover to maintain premium satisfaction.
- Foster a positive, can-do culture focused on results, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Your profile:
- A proactive, energetic approach to leading from the front.
- Confidence with eMaster and CRM for opportunity management.
- Commitment to delivering world-class experiences.
- Clear communication and the ability to challenge and support the team.
- Accuracy and resilience under pressure.
- Familiarity with BMW systems or similar platforms.

- £37,500 basic salary, with an OTE of £61,500
