BMW Technician - North Oxford Garage
40 Hours per Week + 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings
Basic Salary: £34,000-£40,000 (DOE) + OTE & Stretch Bonus up to £20,000
North Oxford Garage is looking for a skilled and motivated BMW Technician to join our high-performing aftersales team. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair BMW vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards
- Carry out vehicle health checks and report effectively on findings
- Work efficiently to meet productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality
- Collaborate with a supportive, experienced workshop team
- Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects the BMW brand

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience working within a franchised dealership (BMW/MINI experience beneficial but not essential)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive, proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence

- Competitive basic salary £34,000-£40,000, depending on experience
- OTE and stretch bonus potential of up to £20,000 per year
