BMW Technician - North Oxford Garage

40 Hours per Week + 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings

Basic Salary: £34,000-£40,000 (DOE) + OTE & Stretch Bonus up to £20,000

North Oxford Garage is looking for a skilled and motivated BMW Technician to join our high-performing aftersales team. What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, service, and repair BMW vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards
  • Carry out vehicle health checks and report effectively on findings
  • Work efficiently to meet productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Collaborate with a supportive, experienced workshop team
  • Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects the BMW brand

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Experience working within a franchised dealership (BMW/MINI experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • A team player with a positive, proactive approach
  • Full UK driving licence
