BMW Technician - North Oxford Garage
40 Hours per Week + 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings
Basic Salary: £34,000-£40,000 (DOE) + OTE & Stretch Bonus up to £20,000
North Oxford Garage is looking for a skilled and motivated BMW Technician to join our high-performing aftersales team. If you're passionate about precision engineering, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing your career with one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair BMW vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards
- Carry out vehicle health checks and report effectively on findings
- Work efficiently to meet productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality
- Collaborate with a supportive, experienced workshop team
- Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects the BMW brand

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience working within a franchised dealership (BMW/MINI experience beneficial but not essential)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive, proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence
