BMW Trainee Sales Executive – Sytner High Wycombe

At Sytner High Wycombe we're looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Sales Executive to join our team. No previous motor trade experience is required—we'll provide full training along with prestigious BMW Accreditation to help you succeed.

About The Role

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers throughout their car buying journey. You'll take the time to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

We're looking for someone with experience in customer service or sales who is confident communicating with people, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated to achieve great results.

Our sales team works flexible shifts, including weekends, to ensure we provide exceptional service whenever our customers visit.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service or a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and develop through our comprehensive training programme.
  • An interest in cars and the automotive industry.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
