As the UK’s first Black and Ethnically Minoritised led social investment wholesaler launched in 2022 to catalyse wealth generation and economic justice in Black and Ethnically Minoritised communities across the UK, this is a crucial role on the Board.
The Board Finance Lead Member Chairs the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee, providing independent scrutiny and holding the Fund to account on financial sustainability, on compliance with their funding terms, on treasury and on risk, at a time when the organisation is still young and while habits are still being set.
