Board Appointments (UK), on behalf of a UK strategic consultancy dedicated and fully embedded in the property industry, is seeking to appoint one (1) Board Member to join its board.
About the Company
The company advises organisations across the UK property and financial services sectors on strategic initiatives, business transformation and industry collaboration. Working with a broad range of stakeholders, it helps clients address complex challenges, improve business performance and identify opportunities for innovation in an evolving market.
Its work combines strategic thinking with practical implementation, supporting organisations as they respond to changing customer expectations, emerging technologies and developments across the property sector.

The Role
The successful candidate will support the organisation's ambitious growth strategy by leveraging an established network of senior leaders and decision-makers across the UK mortgage lending, property technology and broader residential property sectors.
In addition to contributing to business growth, the Board Member will provide strategic oversight, governance and accountability to the senior management team, supporting the delivery of key business objectives and performance targets.
As the organisation continues to evolve, the Board Member will also provide guidance on future strategic opportunities, including long-term growth and potential exit planning.

Selection criteria
- Industry experience and network.
- Experience in a C-Suite or Senior Management role in the home buying and selling industry.
