What are we looking for?

  • Experience in Operations, Facilities, or HR (charity or commercial sector).
  • Understanding of the charity sector and the challenges/opportunities for local organisations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into action.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to Cambridge Reuse’s mission, values, and vision for a greener, more inclusive community.
  • Willingness to act as an ambassador for Cambridge Reuse.

As a trustee, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of the charity, ensuring legal compliance, and helping us achieve our mission.
