Radcliffe Housing Society is a small, registered provider based in Sevenoaks, Kent, with properties across the Southeast. We are more than just a financially strong Housing provider, we are making an impact on the housing crisis, supporting sustainable communities, and providing life-long homes for our customers.
We have just built our first development for over 15 years in Bromley, Kent and we are looking to grow the organisation further by either new developments or stock acquisition.
About the role:
You will be a motivated individual who will serve as a Board Member for the organisation to help the Board to provide effective leadership of Radcliffe Housing Society within a framework of prudent and effective controls which enable risks to be assessed and managed well. Your role will involve contributing to investment decisions, managing risk, and maximising the impact we can have on the sector by delivering more homes, and working with our customers to improve their homes and the areas in which they live.

We are looking for Board members who will bring expertise and experience in the following areas:

The position is voluntary (reasonable expenses paid) and there are 4 Board meetings per year held in Sevenoaks (currently remotely). In addition to Board Meetings, Board Members are expected to attend Radcliffe’s AGM and Strategic Away day.
