Help BrightPaths bring structure and consistency to our governance.

You'll work alongside our CEO and Board to keep records, actions, deadlines and key paperwork organised. Looking for someone practical, organised and who cares about improving outcomes for children and young people.

What difference will you make?

Good governance might happen behind the scenes, but it has a real impact on what BrightPaths can achieve. As a growing CIC, we need simple, reliable systems that help our CEO and Board keep on top of decisions, actions, policies and responsibilities.

By bringing greater structure and consistency to our governance, you’ll help make sure important actions don’t get missed, trustees have the information they need and we can plan ahead rather than responding when deadlines arise. Your support will also free up valuable time for our small team.

When records are organised, responsibilities are clear and there is a straightforward way of seeing what needs to happen and when, our CEO and trustees can spend more of their time developing our services, building partnerships and securing opportunities for BrightPaths to reach more children and young people.

You’ll be helping us build stronger foundations, so that as BrightPaths develops, our governance develops with us. Ultimately, having the right structures in place behind the scenes means we can focus more of our energy where it matters most supporting children and young people who are struggling to feel safe, understood and able to take part, and the families around them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
