Role Overview
The role ensures the charity/non-profit operates in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintains high standards of governance, and supports trustees in fulfilling their duties.

Who We're Looking For
- Experience in charity compliance
- Experienced in high profile stakeholder management
- Ability to give strategic governance advice
- Experienced in strategically influencing, relationship management and ethical leadership
- Calm, professional and intellectually curious
- Data and detail led

Job Details
- Contract: Full Time
- Salary: Salary of circa £20,000 gross per year for circa 300 hours work annually, + 29 days holiday pro rata in addition to bank holidays, Health Cash Plan, Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, 8% Pension contribution from employer, Discounted food and drink from our restaurant and bar, Access to members' screening.
