What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and coordinating Board and Committee meetings from start to finish
- Preparing agendas, papers, briefings and documentation
- Producing accurate minutes, actions and decision records
- Supporting Board Members and senior executives with key engagements
- Managing forward plans and meeting schedules
- Leading a small team and building strong stakeholder relationships
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Previous experience supporting Boards, Committees or senior leadership teams
- Strong governance, secretariat or company secretarial experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding written communication and minute-taking skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- The ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
