What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and coordinating Board and Committee meetings from start to finish
  • Preparing agendas, papers, briefings and documentation
  • Producing accurate minutes, actions and decision records
  • Supporting Board Members and senior executives with key engagements
  • Managing forward plans and meeting schedules
  • Leading a small team and building strong stakeholder relationships

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Previous experience supporting Boards, Committees or senior leadership teams
  • Strong governance, secretariat or company secretarial experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding written communication and minute-taking skills
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
