Involve is recruiting Trustees to join our Board
We are a growing, community-led charity delivering services with the NHS, local authorities, and communities across Kent, supporting more than 30,000 people each year. Our work focuses on improving health and wellbeing, reducing inequalities, and supporting people to live well.
The Board provides strategic direction and governance, ensuring the organisation is well run and focused on its mission. This is a rewarding voluntary role, offering the opportunity to contribute to decisions that shape the organisation’s future.

We are looking for people who can think strategically, offer constructive challenge, and work collaboratively. You do not need prior Trustee experience, and we are committed to supporting new Trustees to develop in the role.
