WIG is delighted to support Avante Care & Support in looking to appoint two new Trustees.
Avante Care & Support is a registered charity supporting more than 1,000 older people through ten registered nursing and dementia care homes, alongside home care services across Kent and South East London. With an annual income exceeding £30 million, Avante has been delivering high-quality care and support for almost 30 years.
As a Trustee, you will help provide strategic leadership, governance and oversight, ensuring the charity continues to deliver outstanding services while pursuing its ambitious growth plans. Working alongside Board members, you will contribute to key decisions on strategy, performance, risk, financial sustainability and organisational development.
