We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and reliable Body Shop Technician to support our team. If one of our vehicles sustains damage, our body shop team is responsible for a safe and secure repair, ensuring that our fleet remains in pristine condition.

Responsibilities
- Straighten and repair vehicles, fenders, body panels, and metal surfaces, removes dents, fills rough areas, and grind and sands surfaces
- Implement dismantling and assembly work
- Repair and replace door hinges, locks, and various parts
- Maintains a neat and orderly working area and proper handling of company tools
- Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, costs, and cycle time
- Use various welding methods to modify and repair damaged vehicles

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training
- Able to examines damaged vehicles and efficiently plans repair process
- Valid driver's license, with at least 3 years of driving experience
- A team player but can also work well independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- You are flexible (no 8 to 5 mentality)
- Familiar with computer applications
