Vertu Accident Repair Centre Sheffield
Salary: £28,500 | Monday to Friday | No weekend work
Our team is expanding and we’re excited to be offering a new opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team at Vertu Accident Repair Centre Sheffield as a Bodyshop Advisor!
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is all about supporting customers and keeping our repair centre running smoothly. You’ll be a key contact for customers and insurance partners – in person, over the phone, and by email.
Your Day-to-day Tasks Will Include
- Booking in customer vehicles and helping to keep repairs on track
- Sharing updates clearly and on time with customers and colleagues
- Managing invoices and carrying out accurate data entry
- Supporting the flow of documents and information across the Bodyshop team and other departments

What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have some Service or Bodyshop experience
- Feel comfortable using IT systems (training is provided)
- Notice details and like to stay organised
- Can stay calm and focused when things are busy
- Hold a full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
