As the key link between customers, insurers and our skilled Bodyshop team, you’ll ensure every repair is assessed accurately, communicated clearly and completed to the highest standards.

Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm with alternate Saturdays 8.30am -12.30pm
About The Bodyshop Estimator / Advisor Role
As a Bodyshop Estimator, you’ll be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates and guiding customers through the repair journey with clarity and confidence. You’ll work closely with technicians, insurers and customers to ensure every repair is authorised correctly, completed efficiently and delivered to Williams’ high standards.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

- Assessing vehicle damage inspecting vehicles thoroughly and preparing accurate, cost-effective repair estimates.
- Liaising with insurers ensuring clarity around repair costs, authorisations and timelines.
- Communicating with customers explaining repair needs, costs and expected completion times in a clear, professional manner.
- Managing repair progress ensuring all work is authorised, scheduled and completed efficiently.
- Supporting the Bodyshop team working collaboratively with technicians to ensure accurate information and smooth workflow.
- Maintaining accurate records ensuring all estimates, images and documentation meet insurer and company standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Bodyshop experience as an Estimator, Manager, Technician or Quality Controller.
- IMI VDA qualification preferred, or equivalent estimating experience.
- Strong communication skills able to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Full UK Driving Licence essential for vehicle movement and assessment.
