Bodyshop Manager - Leominster
c£50,000 plus car/allowance and bonus (OTE up to £70,000 per annum)

What you'll be doing
Operational & Production Leadership
- Manage all repair, estimating, and production processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Lead daily production meetings and create schedules to optimise workflow
- Achieve consistent labour utilisation and productivity targets
- Identify production constraints and coordinate solutions

Customer Experience & Work Provider Management
- Act as senior point of contact for customer complaints and resolution
- Build strong relationships with Work Providers and negotiate contracts
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair journey
Estimating, Administration & Compliance
- Ensure supplementary estimates are produced promptly with supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate records in management systems
- Monitor workloads to meet SLA requirements
- Ensure compliance with BSI 10125, HSE, COSHH, and EPA regulations
People Leadership
- Lead and motivate all onsite staff, fostering high-performance culture
- Oversee training for new and existing team members
- Conduct performance reviews and develop growth plans
- Promote quality, safety, and accountability
Quality, Safety & Site Standards
- Stay current with repair methods and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain housekeeping standards and equipment maintenance
- Drive continuous improvements in processes and performance
