Job Title: Senior Service Advisor - Accident Repair Bodyshop
Location: Tongwell, Milton Keynes, MK15
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus Opportunities
Full Time | Permanent
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm - No Weekends
About the Company
Our client is a well-established and highly respected independent Accident Repair Bodyshop with strong relationships across all major UK insurance companies. Due to continued business growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their successful team in Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional looking to develop their career within a thriving accident repair centre.
The Role
As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing customer enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- Providing regular updates on vehicle repair progress
- Liaising with insurance companies, engineers, and workshop teams
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing repair schedules
- Handling estimates, invoicing, and administration
- Resolving customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction are maintained

About You
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Several years' experience as a Service Advisor
- Experience within an Accident Repair Bodyshop or Main Dealer environment is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence
