About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bodyshop Receptionist / Service Advisor to join a busy and successful Bodyshop in Darlington. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, typically 9:00am - 5:00pm, although some flexibility with start and finish times can be offered for the right candidate. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Bodyshop.

- Greeting customers and handling enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Managing customer bookings and appointments
- Updating customers on vehicle repair progress
- Liaising with Bodyshop technicians, estimators, insurers, and external suppliers
- Maintaining accurate customer records and job documentation
- Ensuring a professional and positive customer experience at all times

Requirements
About You
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Receptionist, Bodyshop Advisor, Service Advisor, or Receptionist within a dealership/automotive environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional and friendly approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
