Location: Enfield
Overview
We are a fast-growing car supermarket looking for a Bodyshop Prepper to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about cars, whether you’re experienced or looking to develop your skills in a busy, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities
- Prepping vehicles prior to painting
- Sanding and masking
- Filler work and small repairs
- Machine polishing
- Supporting accident damage repairs
- Following correct repair methods
- Working collaboratively within the team
- Carrying out additional duties as required

Working Hours (Two Shift Options Available)
Option 1
- Monday – Friday: 15:00 – 23:30 (30-minute lunch)
- Every other Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00
- Overtime available
Option 2
- Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 14:30 (30-minute lunch)
- Every other Saturday
- Overtime available
Salary & Career Progression
- £30,000 – £50,000 per year (depending on experience)

Requirements
- Experience in panel beating (minimum 2 years)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable and committed work ethic
Location Requirement
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Enfield (EN1) or plan to relocate before starting.
