Accommodation can be provided at £100 a week
As a Bodyshop Paint Technician, you will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring that each repair meets manufacturer and customer expectations. You will work closely with other members of the body shop team to maintain efficiency and achieve daily productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix and match paint colours accurately to achieve a perfect finish
- Apply paint using modern spraying techniques and equipment
- Ensure all work meets quality control standards and is completed on schedule
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace in accordance with health and safety requirements

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Paint Technician, Vehicle Paint Sprayer, or Automotive Refinisher
- ATA accreditation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing excellent results
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of refinishing materials and application methods
