Job Title: Bodyshop Workshop Controller

Location: Harlesden, North West London, NW10

Salary: Circa £50,000 + bonus

Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday

They are now actively looking to recruit for a Workshop Controller / Production Manager for their Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Harlesdon, NW10.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification
  • Allocating work to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities
  • Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise
  • Liaising with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repair process
  • Promoting a safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Bodyshop workshop controller, Production Manager, senior technician, or similar role within the accident repair industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Solid understanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • A commitment to integrity, teamwork, and delivering work of the highest quality
