Role overview:
As a Back of House Attendant at COMO Hotels and Resorts, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitisation of the kitchens, back of house, and restaurant areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitization of the kitchens, back of house, and restaurant areas.
- Remove and dispose of all rubbish and carry out general cleaning tasks as instructed.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals.
- Participate in periodic deep cleaning of the kitchen, including equipment, storage areas, and hard-to-reach spaces, to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are consistently maintained.
